My husband and I had been looking for a good deal on a few vehicles and came across a Honda CR-V at Vern Eide Honda. This was our very first experience buying a car from a big dealership. However, Zachary Schroeder was such a great sales contact. He answered all our questions, was patient with us, walked us through it all, explained each part of the process, and made it a smooth experience. It could not have gone better. We would love to do business with him again!!!

Overall, Vern Eide was pleasant to work with. Despite not having the exact color and trim combination for the CR-V hybrid onsite, the staff was able to find one to my liking that is coming in. I was able to test drive a comparable one to get a good gauge of what to expect. Cade Clayberg along with Clint Otten, Steve Eggebraaten, and person from finance which I cannot remember the name were helpful in the process.
