On Sept. 15, 2026 I took my Honda 2023 CR-V Hybrid to Vern Eide Honda dealership in Sioux Falls, SD. I was warmly welcomed from the very beginning. My service advisor was Lisa Wicks and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and told me accurately how long the service would take. My technician was Arpan Subba and he was very accurate and thorough with his work. After completion, Lisa gave me a complete rundown on what was completed and told me of things that would be done in future visits. All in all, it was a very good day for me!
My wife and I were looking for a family car and Vern Eide Honda had just the one! Blake Anderson was awesome and the rest of the staff was as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Had two issues that came to light soon after we bought the car with one being something more external that we had not noticed when we bought the car. External issues aren't covered under warranty and they could've easily said it's not covered but they went out of their way to fix it under the warranty for us. I made an appointment with Vern Eide Honda for service and it was really bad. I asked them to fix a noise in my driver side front that happens when I turned into a sloped driveway. I observed this when I pulled into their facility. Right turn from w 59th street into the parking lot. I documented this in detail for them. After $6,000 in repairs the issue was not fixed. It took a long time for a cash transaction to buy the vehicle. That was kind of annoying. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, I didn’t appreciate my sales person (Jacob) referring to me as the big orange pumpkin (some Halloween reference) to his business manager (Nick). I was offended by that remark. Don’t bother calling or emailing to apologize. I have had good experiences in the past so I know that is not a common thing with your dealership. Just tell your sales person that he needs to watch what he says to customers. Thanks!

Stopped in to test drive a CRV TrailSport Hybrid with Carlos. They didn't have a new one in stock, but a 2026 used one with only 1800 miles on it. Long story short, we made a down-payment and are now proud owners of a CRV. Carlos, Marco, Ronnie and Blake were great in making for a seamless lease.
Zack was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Tim was also great to work with. He explained about the financing and the extra warranty plans I could get. I would definitely go back there again.
Recently bought a vehicle for my new teen driver. Was honestly dreading the whole thing, but it had to be done. However, from the moment we stepped on the lot, it was a great. Emerson was our sales consultant and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He drove with us to one of the other locations to check out another vehicle we were interested in and was fun to talk to on the drive. I bought a car here back in November. I stopped in today for the 2nd of two free oil changes that were part of the deal. I was told the offer had expired because of the mileage. Nobody mentioned a mileage cap as part of the oil change deal. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

He was very responsive, understood what I was looking for and did everything I needed to get into the vehicle that I wanted. Price was better than surrounding dealerships. Called in to ask about a listing. Blake walked me through the specs I had questions about, set an appointment for a few hours after to come test drive. Blake made it a pretty seamless process, our only hitch was on timing as it was a busy day at the dealership and we had to wait our turn to talk to a finance guy. Ended up signing on the dotted line with another gentleman named Blake, another good guy. Would recommend working with the Blakes any day.
